Job summary

Infinit-O, a Philippine-based BPO provider, is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to manage supplier obligations, process invoices, and ensure timely payments. This hybrid role combines day shifts with 2-4 visits per month to the Pasay office.

You will maintain accurate records, perform journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support process documentation while delivering quality service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping/Accounts Payable experience.
• AP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Scan invoices and process payments.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain updated process documentation.
