Job summary

Infinit-O Group in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will process vendor invoices, verify accuracy and compliance with policies, and support timely payments to sustain strong vendor relationships.

As part of your responsibilities, you will reconcile statements, assist month-end closes, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to streamline AP processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• High accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage high invoice volumes and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of AP processes and general ledger coding.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, authorization, and policy compliance.
• Match contracts and invoices for billing accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and support payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and validate details.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve disputes.
• Monitor AP aging, follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to improve processes.
• Support audits with documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities for AP process improvements.
• Manage internal invoice approvals with purchasing managers.
• Onboard and maintain vendor/contract records in NetSuite; ensure accuracy.
• Assist in monthly credit card and bank reconciliations; ensure accurate GL posting.
• Assist in implementing AI functionalities to support automated workflows.
