Job summary

Bolder Group is hiring an Accounting Executive to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, and support timely financial reporting. You will handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany balances in a hybrid work setting with standard PH hours.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, VAT/GST/tax support, and assisting with month-end and external audits. Proficiency in Excel and ERP software is required; ACCA/CIMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Experience as Accounts Administrator or similar finance/accounting role.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is advantageous.
• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: record and maintain financial transactions; post journal entries; organized filing.
• Update client and vendor information in the N1 system; reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Review P&L, ensure correct GL codes, and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Process Accounts Payable: post supplier invoices, process payments, reconcile aged payables.
• Process Accounts Receivable: generate client invoices, post receipts, manage aged debtors.
• Handle Payroll and expense claims, using Expensify where applicable.
• AssistTax, Audit and Reporting: support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and audits.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
