Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an Accounting and Reporting Specialist to support financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory compliance for multiple entities. You will prepare entries, reconcile balances, and contribute to IFRS reporting and audits.

The role requires collaboration with local finance teams, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Hybrid work setup with day/night shift during closing periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or audits.
• Familiarity with IFRS, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly accounting entries including accruals and reclassifications.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support quarterly IFRS reporting.
• Assist in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Support intercompany, inventories, leases, and other balance sheet activities.
• Document processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
