HRTx Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Specialist (Shared Services) in Metro Manila to support financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory compliance for multiple entities.

You will prepare accounting entries, perform reconciliations, and assist monthly/ quarterly reporting in line with IFRS. The role involves collaboration with local finance teams, process improvements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial information during closing periods, with day/night shift support

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of relevant accounting, reporting, or external audit experience.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and month-end close.
• Knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly accounting entries including accruals and fixed asset transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare IFRS-based quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support statutory reporting and audits with schedules and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting process documentation and assist process improvements.
• Coordinate with local finance teams for statutory reporting.
