Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Specialist (Shared Services) in Metro Manila. The role involves supporting financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory compliance across entities.

You will prepare accounting entries, reconcile balances, and assist with IFRS reporting and audits while collaborating with local finance teams. The position offers hybrid work, day/night shifts during closing periods, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in IFRS, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly accounting entries including accruals, reclassifications, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare IFRS-compliant quarterly and annual financial reporting packages and statements.
Support intercompany transactions, inventories, leases, and other balance sheet accounts.
Assist in VAT/ tax reporting and statutory audits with schedules and reconciliations.
Maintain accounting process documentation and participate in process improvements.
