SolutionCX, LLC in San Pedro, Philippines, is seeking a skilled 3D renderer to create renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs. You will craft photo-real visuals for sales and marketing, ensuring accurate lighting, materials, and composition.

You’ll manage lighting, materials, and assets, collaborate with sales and marketing to turn concepts into client-ready visuals, and stay current with rendering software updates. Hybrid setup with 2 in-office days per month.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software (Twinmotion, D5, V-Ray).
• Experience working from Revit.
• Photoshop or similar for post-render polish.
• An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition.

Responsibilities

• Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs.
• Create photo realistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing.
• Manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep renders current.
