Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Senior Design Specialist to join the Projects and Design team in the Philippines. You will prepare 3D visualizations for interior fit-out and renovation projects, translate briefs into renderings, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align outputs with budgets and timelines.

A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 1–3 years of related experience, and proficiency with Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop (plus V-Ray/Revit) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing interior design renderings and concepts.
• 1–3 years in interior fit-out projects is a plus; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficiency in English and ability to interpret briefs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D visualizations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Translate briefs and design intent into renderings for presentations.
• Coordinate with senior designers, clients, and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain digital resources for rendering needs.
• Present concepts and visuals to clients when required.
• Stay updated on new design concepts, materials, and trends.
