Rafter P Construction in Texas is seeking a dedicated 3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist to turn designs into compelling renders and walkthroughs for clients.

You will build 3D renders, manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries, and collaborate with sales and marketing to convert concepts into client-ready visuals, staying current with rendering software updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software.
• Experience working from Revit.
• Photoshop or similar for post-render polish.
• An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition.
• Bonus: barndominium, agricultural, or residential construction visuals

About the Role

3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist

Rafter P Construction builds custom barndominiums across Texas, and we need someone who can bring our projects to life before the first post is ever set. This is a dedicated 3D visualization role. Your sole focus is turning our designs into renders and walkthroughs that make clients say yes.

What Youll Do

• Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs
• Create photo realistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing
• Manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep renders looking current, not dated
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to turn concepts into client-ready visuals
• Stay current on rendering software updates and asset libraries to improve output quality continually

Requirements

• Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software (Twinmotion, D5, V-Ray)
• Experience working from Revit
• Photoshop or similar for post-render polish
• An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition. Not just technically correct, but genuinely convincing
• Bonus: experience with barndominium, agricultural, or residential construction visuals
