SolutionCX in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a skilled 3D renderer to build renders and walkthroughs for barndominium designs. You will create photo-real visuals for sales and marketing, and manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep output current and convincing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to turn concepts into client-ready visuals, while staying up to date with software updates. Work is hybrid with two in-office days per month and comprehensive government benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software.
• Experience working from Revit.
• Photoshop or similar for post-render polish.
• An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition.
• Bonus: experience with barndominium, agricultural, or residential construction visuals.

Responsibilities

• Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs
• Create photo realistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing
• Manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep renders looking current, not dated
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to turn concepts into client-ready visuals
• Stay current on rendering software updates and asset libraries to improve output quality continually
