Job summary

Rafter P Construction seeks a dedicated 3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist to turn design concepts into renders and walkthroughs for barndominiums in Texas. You will focus on photorealistic interior and exterior visuals for sales, while managing lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep outputs current.

You bring proficiency with Enscape (or similar tools), experience with Revit, and a strong eye for lighting and composition.

Qualifications

Proficiency with real-time rendering software and post-render polish.
Experience working from Revit.
An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition.

Responsibilities

Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs.
Create photorealistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing.
Manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep renders current.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to turn concepts into client-ready visuals.
Stay current on rendering software updates and asset libraries to improve output quality.
