Minimum Qualifications
1. Technical/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in:

2. Relevant Experience:
At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in motor installation, troubleshooting, and repair (especially exhaust or ventilation systems).
3. Basic Certifications (preferred or required by some employers):
TESDA NC II or NC III (Philippines)
Electrical or Mechanical Work Permit/License
Safety Training Certificate (e.g., BOSH, COSH)
4. Technical Skills:
