Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on electrical systems and exhaust/fresh air motors for restaurant facilities.
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and proper completion of PMS for HVAC systems.
- Handle the design, installation, and commissioning of kitchen exhaust and fresh air systems for restaurants.
- Conduct troubleshooting and risk assessments on electrical and electro‑mechanical systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain exhaust/fresh air motors and related electrical components.
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure effective system integration.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Act as Project Coordinator for PMS activities and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Educational Background (minimum):
Technical/Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in:
- Electrical Technology
- Mechanical Technology
- Other related Electro‑Mechanical courses
Experience:
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in motor installation, troubleshooting, and repair (preferably exhaust or ventilation systems).
- Must be hands‑on and field oriented.
Certifications (preferred)
- TESDA NC II or NC III – Electrical Installation & Maintenance
- Registered Master Electrician (RME)
- Electrical or Mechanical Work Permit / License
- Safety Training Certificate (BOSH, COSH, or equivalent)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of single‑phase and three‑phase motors
- Familiarity with belt drive systems, pulleys, bearings, and motor alignment
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Proficient in using multimeters and hand tools
- Understanding of motor control circuits and motor starter
Other Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in teams with technicians of different technical backgrounds
- Physically fit for confined spaces and elevated work areas
- Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes
- Willing to work night shifts and travel frequently outside Metro Manila
