San Miguel Global Power in the Philippines, Masinloc, is seeking an HVAC/Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Industrial Technology with HVAC specialization or a two-year technical course, has at least 2 years' HVAC experience, and is familiar with electrical diagnostic tools and maintenance software.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Technology or equivalent HVAC-focused program
• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Knowledge of electrical equipment operation
• Ability to evaluate performance/condition of electrical equipment
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools and maintenance software
• Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, Permit to Work)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills or willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales

Responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications:

• BS Industrial Technology - major in HVAC, or a 2-year technical vocational course
• At least 2 years of experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system
• Knowledgeable with the basic operating principle of electrical equipment
• Ability to recognize, assess, or evaluate performance or condition of all available electrical equipment, apparatus parts, and devices plants
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools and essential maintenance software.
• Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, Permit to Work) and maintenance best practices.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills or willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
