Job summary

Bahama Realty and Development Corp is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Based in Poblacion, Makati, the role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a Vocational Diploma or short course certificate, and willingness to work six days a week. An NCII is an advantage, and the employee may be assigned to related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma / short course certificate.
• NCI / NCII holder is an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in this position is required.
• Candidate must have a relevant experience in installation, repairs and servicing of A/C

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Knowledgeable with installation and de installation process.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.
