Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate HVAC/MEPF installation on projects, ensuring works align with approved plans, specs, and schedules.

You will supervise site activities, review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and project teams, monitor progress, and prepare site reports while upholding quality and safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PRC license preferred, 1–3 years’ experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license preferred; licensed engineers may be considered.
• 1–3 years of site engineering experience, HVAC/MEPF.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor HVAC/MEPF installation and site activities.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and preparation of site reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or installation concerns.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical and coordination issues.
• Prepare and maintain necessary project documentation and reports.
