Job summary

CPlus Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC design and on-site execution. You will prepare, review, and implement mechanical plans, supervise site works, and ensure installations meet approved specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with civil and electrical teams, inspect materials and equipment, and document project progress. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) preferred/required.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC systems.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience reading HVAC plans, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising HVAC works at construction sites is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and implement mechanical plans, designs, and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor mechanical works at the construction site.
• Ensure all mechanical installations comply with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and other engineering teams for project requirements.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and mechanical installations to ensure quality.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other engineering-related requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and safety regulations.
