Responsibilities (For Chiller & Package Units)

• Perform preventive maintenance such as repair and/or replace HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Repair chiller system, pumps, AHU, FCU, package units, and controls for package & chiller units
• Operate, diagnose, analyze, and record all HVAC equipment such as boiler, chiller, pumps, AHU, FCU, package units
• Check controls for:
  • High & low pressure sensors
  • 2–3 way valves
  • Fan motors
  • Actuators
  • Oil level
  • Contactors
  • Thermostats
  • Breakers
  • Mechanical problems for compressors, refrigeration cycles, and others

Requirements

1. At least 5 years experience in the related field
2. NCII or equivalent for HVAC
3. Can drive and with driver's license
4. Willing to work in SAUDI ARABIA
