Job description

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC units, chillers, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment and perform corrective actions.
• Install HVAC parts and components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, filters, belts, sensors, and controls.
• Monitor building temperature, humidity levels, and overall system performance.
• Conduct system testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major repairs and parts replacement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Support building operations team during emergency repairs or system breakdowns.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements, energy efficiency, and cost-saving measures.
