Job description

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in methods, materials, tools and equipment in REPAIRING and MAINTAINING ALL HVAC equipment
• Plan, assign, inspect band supervise MAINTENANCE and REPAIR activities
• Files and prepare reports
• Maintain records
• Assign and distribute work orders and work requests
• CHECK and TROUBLESHOOT equipment as needed
• Review all work orders before and after completion
• ORDER and COLLECT spare parts needed
• Follow-up CORRECTIVE and PREVENTIVE maintenance with technicians
• INSPECT contracted work if needed
• COORDINATE work with company workshop
• INFORM Project Manager of completed and outstanding work orders
• COORDINATE and PREPARE work for technicians

Requirements

1. At least 7 years experience in the related field
2. with NCII certification or course in HVAC
3. knows how to drive
4. with driver's license
5. Willing to work in SAUDI ARABIA
