Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking an HVAC technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment in guest rooms and common areas in Quezon City. The role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, ensuring environmental controls, and maintaining records of work performed.

The ideal candidate will follow hotel SOPs, safety standards, and regulations while coordinating with the Engineering Supervisor and maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems such as split-type, package units, chillers, AHU, FCU, and exhaust systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and conduct corrective maintenance promptly
• Monitor and maintain proper temperature, humidity, and air quality in guest rooms and common areas
• Conduct routine checking of motors, compressors, fans, belts, filters, refrigerant levels, and controls
• Respond to guest complaints related to air conditioning or ventilation issues in a professional manner
• Ensure proper operation of thermostats, controls, and safety devices
• Assist in installation and replacement of HVAC equipment when required
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work reports
• Follow hotel SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with Engineering Supervisor and other maintenance staff for efficient operations
