Qualifications

2-year vocational course in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Cooling Technology, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in AC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
Knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of split-type, window-type, or package-type AC units.
Basic computer skills, particularly MS Office, for reports and procurement support.

Responsibilities

Serve as central point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and AC concerns in offices/stores.
Manage maintenance requests and complaints.
Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and maintenance.
Handle documentation, reports, and basic financial processing.
Assist with communication and implementation of maintenance policies.
