Job summary

Bahama Realty and Development Corp in Makati (Poblacion) seeks an experienced HVAC technician to install, repair and service air conditioning systems. You will diagnose faults, perform warranty work, and keep detailed maintenance logs from our site in Makati.

Minimum qualifications include Vocational Diploma or NCII, and at least 1 year of relevant A/C installation/servicing experience. Ability to work six days a week is required, with duties at the Poblacion, Makati location.

Qualifications

• Must possess Vocational Diploma or short course certificate.
• NCI / NCII holder is an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in this position is required.
• Relevant experience in installation, repairs and servicing of A/C.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Knowledgeable with installation and de installation process.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.
