Job summary

Japan Home Centre in Quezon City is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to oversee upkeep of offices and stores, handle air-conditioning concerns, and coordinate repairs with trusted vendors and technicians.

You will manage maintenance requests, maintain documentation and reports, assist with procurement of spare parts, and support the implementation of maintenance policies with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year vocational course in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Cooling Technology, or a related field.
• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of split-type, window-type, or package-type AC units.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office, for preparing maintenance reports, documentation, and assisting with the procurement or canvassing of spare parts.
• NC II in RAC Servicing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and air-conditioning concerns in offices and stores.
• Manage maintenance requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and maintenance.
• Handle documentation, reports, and basic financial processing.
• Assist with communication and the implementation of maintenance policies.
