Job summary

A.M.S Administrative Support Services in Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our mechanical services team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial HVAC projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new construction works.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, you will review drawings and specs, perform take-offs and BOQ, obtain quotations, and identify value engineering opportunities to support

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction processes.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Blue Beam.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing mechanical services team. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new construction works.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, you will review drawings and specifications, assess project costs, obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing, and identify value-engineering opportunities to support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems, commercial construction processes, and estimating software, with the ability to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment.
