Job summary
PESOResourcesDevelopmentCorp. is seeking a Facilities Engineer in the Philippines to support maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of building systems and facility equipment. You will ensure reliable facility operations through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination of repair activities.
The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, maintaining records, and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering license an advantage but not required.
- Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, or related role preferred.
- Working knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
- Monitor MEP and HVAC system performance and condition.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and replenishment.
