Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC duct fabricator to join our on-site team in Rizal. The role involves reading shop drawings, fabricating duct sections, and installing systems across GI, stainless steel, and aluminum.

You will operate lock-forming and cutting machines, ensure alignment and quality, and work with the Ducting Foreman to meet project timelines. A high school or vocational graduate with 2–5 years of duct fabrication experience is preferred; overtime may

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in a related technical field.
2–5 years of experience in HVAC duct fabrication and installation.
Ability to read HVAC shop drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of duct insulation and cladding works.

Responsibilities

Fabricate duct sections, elbows, reducers, transitions, and fittings based on shop drawings.
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble GI, stainless steel, aluminum ducts.
Operate fabrication equipment such as lock-forming machines, cutting machines, grinders, and bending machines.
Install duct systems and supports according to plans and specs.
Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
