Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC duct fabricator to join our on-site team in Rizal. The role involves reading shop drawings, fabricating duct sections, and installing systems across GI, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate duct sections, elbows, reducers, transitions, and fittings based on shop drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble GI, stainless steel, aluminum ducts.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as lock-forming machines, cutting machines, grinders, and bending machines.
• Install duct systems and supports according to plans and specs.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

• At least a High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate in a related technical field.




• With 2–5 years of experience in HVAC duct fabrication and installation.




• Knowledgeable in sheet metal fabrication and HVAC ducting systems.




• Skilled in operating lock-forming machines, cutting machines, grinders, bending machines, and other fabrication equipment.




• Able to read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts.




• Knowledgeable in duct insulation and cladding works.




• Familiar with construction safety procedures and quality standards.




• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling construction materials and equipment.




• Able to work independently and as part of a team.




• Willing to work overtime and on project-based assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate duct sections, elbows, reducers, transitions, offsets, and other duct fittings based on approved shop drawings and layouts.




• Measure, mark, cut, bend, fold, and assemble GI, stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal materials.




• Operate fabrication equipment such as lock-forming machines, cutting machines, bending machines, power shears, and grinders.




• Install supply, return, exhaust, and fresh-air duct systems according to approved plans.




• Install duct supports, hangers, brackets, dampers, access doors, diffusers, grilles, and flexible connections.




• Perform duct insulation and cladding works when required.




• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, fastening, and installation of ductwork and accessories.




• Coordinate with the Ducting Foreman, Project Engineers, and other trades regarding installation requirements and site conditions.




• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.




• Follow company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and proper PPE requirements.




• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
