Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a skilled Ductman Fabricator to fabricate HVAC ducting components using GI, BI, and sheet metal materials.

You will read and interpret drawings, measure accurately, and assemble duct sections to tight tolerances. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of duct fabrication experience, vocational training or NC II in ducting or HVAC, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in duct fabrication works.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Experience with GI, BI, and sheet metal materials used for HVAC ducting.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate HVAC ducting components based on approved drawings and dimensions.
• Measure, mark, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal materials.
• Operate shearing, bending, grooving and cutting tools.
• Ensure duct sections meet dimensions, alignment and workmanship standards.
• Prepare duct accessories and reinforcement materials as required.
• Interpret shop drawings and duct layout plans for material prep and sequencing.
• Conduct visual inspection before endorsement for installation or delivery.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe tool use in fabrication area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other fabrication personnel on production needs.
