The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or installation, be skilled with hand and power tools, and able to read blueprints. Preference is given to those living near BGC, Taguig, and who can start ASAP.
A Tinsmith is responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products such as ducts, roofing, siding, and other metal structures. This role requires precision craftsmanship, knowledge of metalworking tools, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Fabrication & Assembly
Cut, shape, and join sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Manufacture ducts, panels, roofing sheets, and other metal components.
Assemble and install sheet metal products according to specifications.
Installation & Repair
Install sheet metal structures in construction, HVAC, and industrial projects.
Inspect and repair damaged or worn sheet metal parts.
Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of installed products.
Technical Work
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Measure and mark sheet metal for cutting and bending.
Operate machines such as shears, brakes, and rollers.
Safety & Quality
Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
High school diploma or vocational training in metalwork or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or installation and in site works.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Experience in HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation.
Knowledge of welding, soldering, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety standards.
Preferably living near BGC, Taguig City
Willing to commute in BGC, Taguig City
