Job summary

Artelia Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer to develop high-quality Revit BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, FPS and other building services across Europe.

You will create 3D models, generate coordinated drawings and supporting documentation, and ensure model accuracy through clash detection and reviews. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, is licensed or eligible, with at least 3 years of Revit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience using Revit.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
• CFD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate Revit models for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, FPS, and other building services).
• Develop fully coordinated 3D BIM models and simulations.
• Set up Revit views, sheets, worksets, and file structures.
• Perform clash detection in Navisworks or similar tools.
• Build, customize, and maintain Revit families for mechanical components.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate mechanical models into BIM environments.
• Produce construction documents and as-built documentation from Revit models.
• Update models based on site changes and coordination instructions.
• Review models to ensure quality and standards compliance.
