Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and handover of CCMS, BMS and BAS modernisation projects, working with facilities, operations, IT/OT, consultants, system integrators and vendors.

The role requires hands-on technical understanding of HVAC controls, DDC systems and commissioning, with at least 5 years of PM experience in related projects, and a degree in mechanical/electrical/building services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC/building automation projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and commissioning.
• Experience with BMS/BAS/CCMS and DDC migration.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus and Niagara N4.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Proficient in MS Office and project/financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCMS/BMS/BAS modernisation projects from design through handover.
• Manage DDC migration, controls integration, testing and commissioning.
• Review control architectures, networks, sequences, and testing plans.
• Coordinate interfaces with HVAC equipment and third‑party systems.
• Support troubleshooting, performance testing and system acceptance.
• Oversee TAB principles for air and water system verification.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities, operations, IT/OT.
• Develop schedules, risk logs, cost tracking, and progress reports.
• Assist with pre-construction activities and value engineering.
• Support procurement, RFQs, bid analysis and contract awards.
