Job summary

Excelitas Manila facility is seeking a HVP Process Technician to perform repairs and troubleshooting on High Voltage Power supply units, including rework and related documentation. The role requires an Electronics/Electrical Technology background with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair and testing.

You will diagnose failures in power electronics, read schematics, and use Multimeter, Oscilloscope, and LCR meters to ensure quality repair.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuits, PCBA, power supply or power electronics systems.
Ability to read, interpret and analyze electronic schematics/circuit diagrams.
Proficient with diagnostic test equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR meter).
Good repair and soldering skills and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform processing tasks for High Voltage Power supply product line, overseeing troubleshooting and repair.
Diagnose failures in converters, control boards, transistors, transformers, capacitors and related circuits.
Conduct electrical testing and measurements using test equipment for power supplies.
Repair and replace defective boards or components using proper soldering or rework techniques.
Document and maintain repair logs, troubleshooting findings and corrective actions.
Prepare supporting technical reports and track repair yield.
