Job summary

Leader Electronics (Philippine Branch) Incorporated is seeking a Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and test defective products, components, or systems to restore functionality and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with failure analysis engineers, process engineers, quality engineers, and manufacturing teams, following documented repair procedures and adhering to ISO, AS9100, and IATF guidelines.

Qualifications

Must be at least college undergraduate or with vocational course.
With previous experience as a Repair Technician in a manufacturing industry.
Adequate exposure in electronics and computer literate.
Must have strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requires identification of root cause for failed items, assemblies or systems.

Responsibilities

Perform failure analysis on returned, defective, or non-conforming parts and assemblies.
Conduct electrical, mechanical, thermal, and visual inspections.
Maintain traceability of samples and test results.
Follow ESD, safety, and quality system procedures (ISO, AS9100, IATF, etc.).
Work closely with failure analysis engineers, process engineers, quality engineers, and manufacturing teams.
