Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Manila, Philippines, is seeking a HVP Process Technician to perform high voltage power supply repair and troubleshooting on RMA and rework units. The role requires a technical diploma and hands-on ability with high voltage electronics.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, be able to read schematics, and proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters and related diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level technical diploma in Electronics or Electrical Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in electronics repair.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVP repair and troubleshooting on High Voltage Power supply product line for repair/rework and RMA units.
• Diagnose failures in converters, control boards, transistors, transformers, capacitors and related circuits.
• Conduct electrical testing and measurements using test equipment and diagnostic tools for power supplies.
• Repair/replace defective boards or components using proper soldering or rework techniques.
• Document and maintain repair logs, troubleshooting findings, fault symptoms and corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and track repair yield.
