Job summary

Aice Philippines Ice Cream Inc. is seeking an HR Lead to drive the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and people development. You will partner with managers to forecast staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines across the organization.

You will also lead employee engagement, handle employee relations matters, and guide supervisors on policy compliance and performance management to support a productive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate assessments and recommend hires.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Lead employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative notices, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Provide HR guidance to supervisors and ensure policy compliance.

About the role
