Job summary

Arthaland Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with our sustainability-driven mission.

You will partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and monitor metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development hiring.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
