Job summary

SM CITY LA UNION at Laoag invites a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within the mall, partnering with management to drive people strategies and organizational performance.

You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, while leveraging HRIS and analytics to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

About the role
