Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. seeks an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to support the HR digital journey, manage HRIS governance, dashboards, and workforce data accuracy for strategic decision‑making.

You will work hands-on with systems, Excel analytics, and SAP or Darwinbox, ensuring data integrity and timely insights for HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data visualization).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field.
