Human Resources Generalist

Adore Support Services Philippines is part of the Wine Adore Group, a fast growing company operating across Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. We provide operational and business support services across the group and are expanding our team in the Philippines. We are looking for a highly capable HR Generalist to help build and support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Support the implementation of HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth).
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Collaborate closely with regional HR teams across the Wine Adore Group to ensure consistent HR practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR systems, HR documentation, and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in the hospitality, F&B, retail, or shared services industry is an advantage.
