Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (certification in Strategic HR Business Partnering or Organization Development is a plus)
• Strong business and financial acumen, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with HRIS/Power BI/MS Office
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Solid grounding in workforce planning, employee relations, labor compliance, and performance management systems
• A growth mindset, integrity, and a genuine passion for people

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRBP delivery across assigned brands/BUs including manpower planning, onboarding, ER, performance mgmt, and offboarding
• Partner with Brand/BU Heads, Operations Leaders, and Corporate teams to drive workforce stability and engagement
• Build and lead a high-performing HRBP team with clear KPIs, coaching, and a strong talent pipeline
• Use people analytics and dashboards to turn workforce data into actionable insights for the business
• Link HR strategy to financial outcomes — labor cost efficiency and manpower budgeting
• Drive compliance and risk management across all brands and shared services
• Serve as the connector between frontline operations and corporate functions
