Job summary

Angat Hydropower Corporation is seeking a skilled General HR professional to join our team in Bulacan. The role requires a BS in Psychology or Human Resources and 3–5 years of general HR experience, with a solid grasp of core HR functions and best practices.

You will handle diverse HR duties including compensation, labor relations, employee data, training, timekeeping and employee relations, while maintaining strong communication with staff and management.

Qualifications

• BS in Psychology or Human Resources required.
• 3–5 years of experience in General HR.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Information systems, Training and Development and Timekeeping is a plus.
