About the Job:

FGC+ is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Interns who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, administrative support, and day‑to‑day HR operations while developing practical skills in a professional corporate environment.

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Support the recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Help maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires and interns
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR programs
• Help prepare reports, trackers, and HR‑related presentations
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR‑related requests and concerns
• Assist in monitoring attendance, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team

What You’ll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
