Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve benefits operations to support organizational goals.
• Manage and administer employee benefit programs (health, insurance), ensuring accurate end-to-end processing.
• Develop, maintain, and consolidate benefits policies, procedures, and processing instructions, embedding best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies; identify escalation non-compliance.
• Oversee government remittances, including monitoring and ensuring timely contribution payments to local agencies.
• Drive process efficiency through standardization and automation of benefits administration.
• Maintain HR data integrity and confidentiality across HR database systems; ensure timely and accurate HR transactions.
• Deliver benefits MI and insights and partner with service delivery teams and functions to resolve stakeholder queries and support smooth operations.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies; identify and escalation non-compliance.
• Oversee government remittances, including monitoring and ensuring timely contribution payments to local agencies.
• Drive process efficiency through standardization and automation of benefits administration.
• Maintain HR data integrity and confidentiality across HR database systems; ensure timely and accurate HR transactions.
• Deliver benefits MI and insights (e.g., utilization, volumes, costs, trends) and partner with service delivery teams and functions to resolve stakeholder queries and support smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any HR related course, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or Law.
• Preferably with payroll and Benefit Background.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Highly adaptable to culturally diverse working environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and benefits regulation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
