Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage day-to-day HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, in a hybrid setup at Global One, Eastwood Libis Quezon City.

You will build complex automation, manage CRM data, dashboards, and integrations, ensuring data quality and enabling revenue growth. The role requires 3–5 years of HubSpot experience in B2B.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Expertise in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing logic, lead scoring, and pipeline automation.
• Strong background in CRM data management, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience building custom reporting dashboards for marketing, sales, and revenue performance.
• Experience troubleshooting platform integrations and data synchronization errors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build and maintain complex automation, lead routing, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and customer engagement workflows.
• Manage CRM properties, pipelines, lists, forms, campaigns, and user permissions for marketing and sales ops.
• Enforce CRM data quality, deduplication, enrichment, and governance across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Design and maintain custom HubSpot dashboards and reports covering lead gen, funnel, attribution, and revenue pipeline.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot integrations and data sync issues; provide training to end users.

Your Role

• Troubleshoot HubSpot integrations, data synchronization issues, and workflow errors while providing technical support and training to end-users.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing logic, lead scoring, and pipeline automation.
• Strong background in CRM data management, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and data governance.
• Hands‑on experience building custom reporting dashboards for marketing, sales, and revenue performance.
• Experience troubleshooting platform integrations and data synchronization errors.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Official HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or HubSpot Administration).
• Experience working with HubSpot Operations Hub.
• Background working in B2B marketing, professional services, technology, or offshore outsourcing environments.
