You should have hands-on HubSpot experience, strong CRM management skills, and the ability to work independently from a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its features.
• Proven experience creating and managing drip campaigns and workflows.
• Experience with email marketing automation and lead nurturing.
• Strong understanding of CRM management and data organization.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows and drip campaigns.
• Set up automated email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data, contacts, and properties.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot automation processes.
• Support lead nurturing, segmentation, and follow-up strategies.
