Job summary

Ninja Van PH is seeking a Station Officer to ensure efficient warehouse shifts and to meet KPI targets within the hub. The role focuses on inventory control, rider and route management, and strict adherence to SOPs in our Last Mile Unit.

As the Station Officer, you will support the Station Head in administrative tasks, oversee daily hub operations, and drive improvements through data analysis while ensuring accurate parcel scanning in our logistics system.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and related software.
• Start-up and logistics sector experience preferred but not required.
• Parcel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Head in inventory management, rider and route management, COD collection, petty cash handling, and updating the Rider master list.
• Manage the hub’s day-to-day operations in the absence of the Station Head.
• Monitor rider performance and conduct rider training to ensure SOPs/policies/protocols are followed.
• Ensure sound financial status of the hub through rider liquidation and productivity management.
• Conduct hub analysis and provide concrete feedback and solutions for improvement.
• Ensure proper scanning and updating of parcels in the company logistics management application.
