Job summary

spx express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead in the Philippines to oversee daily hub operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse or hub setting, a minimum of four years in Supply Chain & Logistics, and strong experience in e-commerce fulfilment. You will drive KPI improvements and coordinate with agency coordinators to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead team briefings, weekly staff meetings, and assess team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in KPIs for the hub.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to support agency teams.
• Handle additional tasks related to overall hub operations.
