• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or candidate generation.
• Experience building pipelines for hub-based or high-volume roles.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hub-based roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, Boolean search, networks, referrals, and social platforms.
• Review applications and curate shortlists for recruiters.
• Conduct phone screens to assess fit and interest; log outcomes.
• Develop outreach campaigns to accelerate engagement with qualified candidates.
• Support global employer brand by sourcing strategies on social networks.
