Job summary

Shopee Philippines seeks a seasoned HSSE leader to plan, oversee and implement Health, Safety, Security and Environment programs across warehouse operations. You will protect personnel and assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required are 5+ years in HSSE, strong DOLE OSH and DENR EMB knowledge, and the ability to travel to multiple warehouses. Excellent communication, reporting, and training facilitation are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Criminology and/or health and safety courses.
• At least 5 years of experience in HSSE (Warehouse or logistics operations experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of DOLE OSH standards, DENR EMB Standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) and security practices like TAPA is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Pollution Control Officer or Management Head tasks.
• Willing to travel to other warehouses across the country and manage multiple site locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee HSSE programs across warehouse operations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed for forklifts, MHE, conveyors, and automation.
• Plan JHA, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Oversee HSSE audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation plans; investigate incidents and CAPAs.
• Coordinate with HRBP, Support Lead, and Ethics and Integrity on security incidents.
• Conduct HSSE orientation, safety drills, and training for staff.
• Monitor waste management and regulatory compliance (DENR EMB).
• Prepare quarterly and semi-annual DENR reporting.
